Every Tuesday morning from 9:00am - 9:45am (Jazzercise Lo 45)
Every Thursday evening from 6:15pm - 7:15pm
We offer group fitness classes for all levels and abilities. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles for a full – body workout. We offer low impact alternatives and modifications as needed. New customers are welcomed - no experience required.
