Pilates with Sarah Parr
Pilates classes are starting again in Redbourn village hall - from Friday 22nd April.
12:30-13:25 Pilates for Sport (previously Pilates for runners)
13:30-14:25 Pilates for Aches & Pain (previously Pilates for low back pain)
Classes will run in blocks aligned with the school terms and holiday.
Block booking ensures your space in the class.
If you prefer pay as you go, message me on the day to check for availability.
You must be able to get on and off the floor independently, and bring your own mat.
