To hire a room for any event whether for a party, meeting, Saturday Night event or repeated bookings please follow the Booking Procedure by contacting the Village Hall Booking Clerk. Having made contact and agreed your event and dates, complete the appropriate Booking Form, sent by the clerk and submit it to confirm your booking.
1) Contact the Redbourn Village Hall Clerk to check the availability of the room/s you wish to hire for your selected date and time and to discuss the details of your event.

2) Once a date has been agreed the Clerk will email the appropriate booking form to you for completion and return (email or paper) and pay the minimum £65 "Save the date" event charge for the room (BACS online or cheque/cash) to confirm this booking and secure the date in the RVH diary. Your booking date will not be reserved until the completed form and payment have been received.
3) The Clerk will acknowledge receipt of the completed form and payment and book your hire/event into the booking schedule. The Clerk will discuss any matters concerning your event and finalise the arrangements.
4) A £50/£250 security bond/deposit (refundable if the conditions of hire are met) is due at least 7 days before the event along with the final payment of the room hire invoice. Please read the Terms & Conditions to understand when your deposit will be refunded.
There are three types of booking form:
A) 4 Hour Party Booking form (any weekend day time excluding Saturday evenings from 6pm to midnight) Download example form here

Covid-19 exemption. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the Hirer will not be charged for their cancelled room hire if the cancelation is due to Covid-19 related issues such as illness, or Government advice, even if the cancelation is at short notice. The RVH Management will refund to the Hirer their booking payment, room hire invoice payments and security deposit.
The RVHMC Management reserve the right to cancel any room hire, even at short notice, due to Covid-19 related issues such as illness, extra cleaning or Government advice and are not liable for the Hirers incurred or consequential costs due to the cancelled room hire.

Terms & Conditions
The use of Inflatable Equipment is permitted in RVH on the condition that the hirer always takes full responsibility for the hiring and supervision of the inflatable equipment.
