The Good Companions welcomes all Redbourn residents aged 55+ to join them for a few hours of friendship and shared interest with light refreshments
Members and Non-members welcome £1.50

Hertfordshire Hearing Advisory Service (HHAS)
Tuesday 4th Feb 2pm to 4pm
HHAS run a drop-in resource center in the Care Office at RVH on the first Tuesday of each month.
HHAS volunteers provide a basic hearing aid maintenance service, including cleaning and re-tubing NHS hearing aids, replacing batteries and troubleshooting problems.
Please bring your NHS book along.

Redbourn in Bloom Horticultural Society
Horticultural Show
Saturday 15th September 2.15pm
Trophies presented at 4pm
The RiBH's annual show includes displays of home-grown fruit, vegetables, flowers, house plants, flower arrangements, crafts, home baking and preserves.
Raffle and refreshments
There are sections for children and novices to enter too in home baking, jam's and preserves, fruit and veg.
New entrants are very welcome.
Free show catalogues with all the categories are available from the Herts Garden Centre (next to the show ground) Redbourn library, Arrangements and Redbourn MOT centre or contact Rib and they will get a schedule to you.
Applications/entries to be registered by Wednesday 12th September then exhibits to be dropped of at Redbourn Village Hall before 10am on the day of the show.

Redbourn Classics Motor Show and Village Fete
Saturday 15th September 12 Noon until 5pm
On Redbourn Common (NOT Redbourn Village Hall)
Over 200 classic vehicles and motorbikes on show, plus fun for all the family at the Village Fete with bouncy castle, go karts, fairground rides food, BBQ, cream tea's and bar.
Plus live music and entertainment all afternoon from "Missing the Ferry", Redbourn Folk Club, and fun and magic with Mr Collie Wobbles.
Many Redbourn Charities and groups are running stalls - refreshment and fun games.
All proceeds to Redbourn charities - Friends of St Marys' church and Redbourn Care Group.
Entry for classic vehicles and motorbikes (22 years plus) is by pre-booked ticket only.

Vanessa Pascan Upholstery Workshop
Saturday 22nd - 10.30am to 4.30pm
Vanessa runs classes and workshop's where her pupils learn the upholstery skills needed to work on their own projects.
Vanessa runs whole day Saturday upholstery workshops most months as well as weekly term time classes on Thursday evenings.
